------ Fischer, Mr. & Mrs. Ervin (40th Anniversary - 29 APR 1967)
Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Fischer, Unity, were guests of honor at a surprise party
given at the Herbert Sauer home Saturday evening in observance of the Fischer’s
40th wedding anniversary. Friends, relatives and neighbors who attended were
from Marshfield, Spencer, Colby, Unity, Abbotsford and Stratford.
Cards provided the evenings entertainment, and one guest performed several
musical selections on his concertina. The anniversary couple then opened the
many gifts received before the pot luck lunch was served.
