------ Singstock, Ann (13 MAY 1967)

The wedding of Dean Loos and Ann Singstock took place Saturday, May 13, at St. Mary’s Catholic church, Colby. The Rev. John Pinion officiated over the nuptial mass. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Roy Singstock and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Loos, all of route 2, Colby.

Attendants were Miss Eunice Sauer, maid of honor, and William Singstock, best man. The bride wore a floor-length gown of white chantilly lace with a full skirt falling into a chapel sweep. The back was accented by lace roses, and the bouffant illusion veil was secured to a pearl and crystal headpiece. She carried pink carnations and red roses in a crescent bouquet arrangement. The maid of honor wore a two-tone orchid, floor-length sheath style formal. The church was decorated with an altar bouquet of yellow gladiolas and pompons.

The ceremony was followed by a reception at Colby city hall and a supper at St. Mary’s parish hall with about 150 persons present. A wedding dance was held that evening at Sportsmen’s Park. Guests came from Milwaukee, Marshfield, Wausau, Marathon, Athens, Stratford, Spencer, Kiel, Wauwatosa, Colby, Abbotsford and Unity.

Following a wedding trip to the west, the couple will be making their home at route 1, Colby. The bride has been employed as a waitress at Medo-Farms Restaurant, Abbotsford, and the groom is employed by Packaging Corp. of America at Colby.
