Rand, Mr. and Mrs. Gary (Welcome Home - 1973)

Mr. and Mrs. Gary Rand and children of Fairbanks, Ak., arrived last Tuesday for a visit with friends and relatives. The Rands are staying with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Doehr. They plan to return to Alaska shortly after Memorial Day.

A welcome home party honoring the Rands was held Saturday evening at Chili Corners. A family gathering Sunday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milton (Bud) Rand, also welcomed the couple. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. David Rand and family of Shawano, Mr. and Mrs. Doug Heimstead and daughter of Neillsville, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Rand and family of Rt. 2 Spencer, and Mrs. Roland ledger, Rolland, Jr., and Lois Ledger of Marshfield.
