Booth, Glenn L. (12 AUG 1914 – 30 SEP 1967)
Glenn L. Booth, 53, Stanley, died at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield
Saturday afternoon.
Mr. Booth was born in Hancock, Minn., Aug. 12, 1914. He moved to the Stanley
area when a young man and on Jan. 3, 1939. He was married to Florence Nitz at
Maple Grove Church. They lived in the Stanley area, then moved for two years,
and in the Racine and Kenosha area for two years, and then returned to Stanley.
Mr. Booth was employed by the Stanley Bottling Co. for 21 years.
Surviving are his wife, Florence; one daughter, Mrs. Richard Anderson, Chippewa
Falls; his father, Clarence Booth, Stanley; two brothers, Dale, Stanley, and
Donald, Madison, and one grandson.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stanley Methodist Church,
with Rev. James Christensen officiating. Burial was in the Oakland Cemetery.
