Greenwood (7 June 1973)

Jerry Longridge, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Longridge, has returned here from Colombia, South America, after spending 18 months on a research project through the University of Wisconsin.

Mrs. Vincent Sowieja has moved from her residence on East Begley Street into an apartment above the Greenwood Clinic.

James Metzlse, John Zepaltas, James Zepaltas and mike Robaska returned Friday evening after a fishing trip to Scotch Lake in Canada.

Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Severson and Miss Louise Keiner visited in Madison Friday and on their return were accompanied by Chris Johnson, who was dismissed that day from the Veterans hospital.

Mr. and Mrs. John R. Thomson of Camarillo, Ca, arrived Monday to spend a week at the home of his brother-in-law and sister, Mr and Mrs. Robert Stewart.

Miss Judith Brux has gone to Madison to visit her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. John Horton.

Mrs. Theodore Decker of Chicago, Il., spent several days recently with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Decker, and family. Mrs. Decker is moving to Orlando, Fla., to reside.

Miss Monica Brux returned to Marshfield Thursday after spending a week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Brux.

Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Schwarze spent the weekend in Sun Prairie at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Schwarze.

Mrs. Henry Keiner has returned after a visit of several weeks in Los Angeles, Calif., with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Nachtwey and family.

Ritajean Carteron and Jane Hameloth left Saturday for Highland Park, Il., for summer months’ employment.

Mrs. Alice Perkins and Mrs. Olive Newman were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Vilas Thede and with friends in Colby.
