Dressler, Louis (1890? – 14 OCT 1967)
Louis Dressler, 77, town of McKinley, died at his home about 3 p.m. Saturday.
His body was discovered by a neighbor, Walter, Johnson, who notified local
authorities.
Deputy Coroner Les Hirt ruled the death due to a heart attack. Mr. Dressler had
been under a doctor's care for a heart ailment. His body was taken to the Gilman
Funeral Home and laid in state there until Wednesday noon, when it will be taken
to the Ladies Aid Hall at Jump River, where funeral services will be conducted
at 2 p.m.
Mr. Dressler was married to Martha Blank at Cicero, Ill. On March 17, 1915. The
couple lived at Cicero until 1927, when they moved to their present home. His
wife died two years ago. He was a member of the Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) Masonic
Lodge.
Surviving are a son, Gerald, Cadott, three grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
