Dells Dam (20 Jun 1918)
The Levis Sewing Circle will give a Red Cross dance at Riverside Park Saturday,
June 22. Everyone is invited to attend.
Miss Ina Johnson left Monday for Eau Claire to attend summer school.
Mr. and Mrs. John Apfel drove over and spent the day with Mr. and Mrs. Richmond
and wife.
Minnie Ehlers came home Sunday to visit her parents, returning to her work again
Monday.
There will be a social at the church tonight (Thursday). Everyone is cordially
invited.
Wallace Short and wife spent Sunday afternoon at Johnson’s home.
Mrs. Babcock and daughter, Jesse, left Tuesday for Whitehall to see her son,
Harry, and family, after spending a week visiting in this neighborhood.
There was a large crowd at the sewing circle at Mrs. Munson’s and all report a
fine time.
Several from this vicinity attended the dance at the Riverside Park Saturday
night.
Mr. Leopold and family spent Sunday afternoon at the Meyer and Murphy home.
