North Grant (20 Jun 1918)
At the meeting held at Kurth school house Friday evening, plans were made for a
rousing patriotic celebration on the Fourth.
Those who attended the Meyer trial at Black River Falls last week have returned
home.
Emil Prange made cheese for Robt. Petznick during his attendance at the trial.
George Howard has been busy with a crew grading the roads the past week.
Patrons of the Petznick cheese factory were hauling coal Tuesday from the Kurth
station to the factory.
The little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kurth entertained a company of her
little friends Sunday.
A large number of friends attended the funeral of Mrs. Estella Snyder Tuesday.
