Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Ebert were Sunday afternoon and evening visitors at the Carl
Eslinger home.
Harley Ott, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wendel Ott, has returned home after being a
surgical patient at Memorial Hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. James Swenson and sons, Jeffrey and Tim, of Waukesha were overnight
guests Friday of the John Swenson’s and of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ted
Wallace. They are now vacationing at Potato Lake near Chetek.
Mr. and Mrs. William Hrasky returned last Tuesday from Virginia Beach, Va.,
where they visited their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Hamblin.
The Hraskys left for Virginia June 10.
Mr. and Mrs. Almon Vandeberg, Mrs. Walter Hahn and Mrs. Charles Maegdefessel
attended funeral services in Marshfield Monday for William H. Hanson. Among Mr.
Hanson’s survivors are his wife, the former Maxine Kuester Prochazka, four
children, and his parents, who live in the Shortville area.
The Deborah Circle of the U.M.W. of the united Methodist Church met last Monday
evening at the home of Mrs. Charles Maegdefessel. A circle member, Mrs. Almon
Vandeberg, was presented with a wedding gift.
