Skrypczak, Candace L. (Marriage - 2 June 1973)

A Withee couple, Miss Candace L. Skrypczak and Greg M. Rabska, were married June 2 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Withee, in an evening ceremony performed by the Rev. Arthur Hellert. A reception was held at the Owen Country Club. The bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milan Skrypczak of Omro, presented their daughter in marriage. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Rabska of Withee.

The new Mrs. Rabska wore a long-sleeved ivory satin empire style gown trimmed with pearl beading. Her bouquet of yellow roses, daisies and carnations was created by Mrs. Leo Steward of Withee.

Molly Rabska, Withee, was the bride’s honor attendant and Mrs. Roger Skrypczak, Lebanon, Pa., was her bridesmaid.

Serving as bestman was Mike Rabska, Eau Claire. Groomsman was Roger Skrypczak, Lebanon, Pa. Everett Bornamann, Hilbert, and Mark Larson, Withee, acted as ushers.

Linda Levenhagen was the soloist and Theresa Powers, the organist.

A teacher in the Owen-Withee public schools, the bride is a 1971 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Her husband is employed by a mobile home manufacturing firm.
