Snyder Family (Reunion - 15-17 June 1973)
Mrs. Harold Schlinsog of Rt. 1 Granton, returned home Thursday night from a
Snyder family reunion held on the campus of the Monte Vista Christian School at
Watsonville, Ca, where her sister, Mrs. Jim Gilbert, is a teacher. Family
members from the states of Alaska, Wyoming, Washington, Oregon, California and
Wisconsin gathered on the campus June 15-17 with as many as 85 present on a day.
Mrs. Schlinsog’s sisters and their daughters and a granddaughter from this area
also flew to California with her and attended the reunion. The party of six left
June 8 in time to be present for a family wedding and a golden wedding
observance.
