Lindgren, Everett (Hurt in Fall - 1973)
Everett Lindgren, a Clark County traffic officer and deputy sheriff, was
released from intensive care ward of a Marshfield hospital late last week after
being hospitalized for multiple injuries received in a house building accident.
Lindgren, in the process of building a new home in the Owen community, fell off
of scaffolding and then had several pieces of lumber fall on top of him. His
injuries included multiple skull fractures, broken ribs and injury to one
shoulder.
Replacing him during his recovery is James Simek, a former traffic officer who
resigned his position several months ago to pursue private business. Simek’s
position was listed as temporary.
