Granton, Zion Lutheran Church (Meeting - 1973)
A film strip on South America was presented by the Rev. Roland Roehrs at the
meeting of the Ladies aid of Zion Lutheran Church in Granton recently. The
topic, “Women’s Liberation,” was discussed by the group.
The hymns for the afternoon were, “God Bless Our Native land” and “Swell the
Anthem, Raise the Song.” The birthday song was sung for Mrs. Helen Tolley and
Mrs. Alfred Spaete.
The Society welcomed Mrs. Helen Tolley as a new member and the ladies were led
in Scripture reading and prayer.
Servers for the July meeting were Mrs. Gertrude Garbisch and Mrs. Helen
Garbisch.
