Col. Malvin P. Wang (Ret.), superintendent of building and grounds for the
Wisconsin Army National Guard, retired from active state service July 6. Col.
Wang will be honored for more than 50 years service to the Wis., ARNG at a
retirement party Friday evening, July 27, in Madison.
