Schoenherr, Ronald Theodore (Scholarship - 1973)
Ronald Theodore Schoenherr has been chosen to receive the Vicky Lee Hirsh
Scholarship for 1973-74. Schoenherr will be a junior in the College of
Agricultural and Life Sciences at the University of Wisconsin -Madison. He is
majoring in landscape architecture. The son of Mrs. Adeline Schoenherr,
Neillsville, he is a 1971 graduate of Neillsville High School.
Ronald is one of 18 students in the college to receive a Vicky Lee Hirsh
Scholarship. This annual scholarship is provided by the estate of the late Vicky
Lee Hirsh, a nature lover and former school teacher from Milwaukee. The awards
are made each year to native born Wisconsinites who desire to study in the area
of conservation and natural resources. They are awarded solely on academic
excellence.
