Greenwood's newest business place, the new Westinghouse Electric Store, located
next to the Coast-to-Coast Store, will hold their grand opening Saturday, July
8th, 1039. The building, a modern brick structure, 42 x 19, is indeed a credit
to this city (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wi.s) and is located in the center of town
where it can be appreciated to the greatest extent.
The business will be conducted by Roland Loos and Rug Buker, two local men who
are well known to this community. "Rug" has conducted the Coast-t-Coast Store in
this city for the past year and a half, and "Tumbles" has been conducting his
own electrical repair and wiring business in this city for many years, and there
is no doubt that any electrical repair or installation work he does is first
class work.
The Westinghouse Store will carry a complete line of electric refrigerators,
washing machines, ranges, cookers, hot plates, fan and vacuum cleaners and all
other electrical appliances, and will also be equipped to handle any and all
types of electrical repair work.
There will be three valuable prizes given away Saturday, July 8, so it will pay
you to visit this new store on opening day.
