Greenwood (2 August 1973)

Mrs. M. F. Schuman of Watertown, S. D., who spent two weeks with relatives here, entertained her brother, sister and sisters-n-law Wednesday evening in Loyal. Her guests were: Mrs. Otto Horn, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Horn, Mrs. Gust Horn, Mrs. Hubert Horn and Mrs. George Poppe. Mrs. Schuman, who returned to South Dakota Thursday, and her sister, Mrs. Poppe, attended the 25th wedding anniversary celebration of Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Wadzinski on June 26 in Ravermo, Nebr. Mrs. Wadzinski, the former Violet Horn, is their daughter and niece. They also spent some time with relatives in Milwaukee and Chicago. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Hendrickson also attended the celebration in Nebraska.

The Cystic Fibrosis neighbor to neighbor campaign for funds is being conducted in the city of Greenwood, with Mrs. Donald (Gail) Hanson as the area captain. Block solicitors are: Mrs. Ted Abel, Mrs. Merril Hare, Mrs. Leonard Johnson, Mrs. Richard Larson, Mrs. Casper Lindner, Mrs. Robert Clintsman, Mrs. Jack Abel, Mrs. Richard Braun, Mrs. Ted Briski and Mrs. Otto Kind, Jr.
