One of the finest dairy herds ever to be offered at public auction will be sold
at the Irvin Fischer farm located at the south city limits of Greenwood (Clark
Co., Wis.) on Thursday, Oct. 31, 1946. The herd of purebred and high grade
Holstein cattle offered for sale, were tested by Dr. W.L. Lee of Loyal, and
there were no reactor and no suspects.
Together with the fine line of livestock and machinery, the farm will also be
offered for sale. This farm has over 90 acres under cultivation, and the
buildings are equipped with electric lights and a water pressure system.
A barn full of hay, 1200 bushels of oats, and a silo full of silage will also be
offered for sale. Anyone looking for a farm that has location, productive land,
and good buildings, will find his search ended when he looks at the Fischer
farm.
