Mr. and Mrs. Chester Winslow of Rib Lake have been visiting at the Nels Winslow home.

Mrs. Chester Winslow went to Stevens Point Tuesday to visit for a few days.

Miss Lillian Jorgenson returned to her home at Gilman Monday morning after visiting friends here the past week.

Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell Jenks and son Merle returned home Sunday evening after spending the holidays with relatives at Dodgeville and Chicago.

Mrs. Arthur Rice and Mrs. Chas. Hoffman were Colby callers Wednesday.

Nels Peterson left the later part of the week for Kaukauna where he is employed.

Miss Gladys Bremer, who has been spending her vacation at the Martin Anderson home, left for Oshkosh last Wednesday for a few days to visit with friends before returning to Manawa, where she has a position as a teacher.

Ralph Strebe returned to Milwaukee the latter part of the week after spending the yuletide with his father, Aug. Strebe.

Don’t let a cold hang on now. Pneumonia, grippe, flue may follow. Kill a cold quick. Take Hollister Rocky Mountain Tea, steaming hot at bedtime. You’ll be surprised how quick it does the work. F. W. Wing.
