North Grant (18 Jul 1918)

Everybody is busy blue-berrying and haying.

Helen Short entertained a guest from Neillsville last week.

Fred Kier and sons and Ted Selves and son finished haying in York Saturday.

A. Worchel and B. Dudei purchased a hay-loader and they are now haying much easier.

Everybody turn out and help the girls of the Red Cross make a success of their dance at Grant town hall July 17.

Mr. and Mrs. Ben Dudei visited at Fred Kier’s Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Prange, daughter Alma and their grandmother, who is here visiting, spent Sunday at the home of Emil Prange.
