Wolf, Laurette A. (18 OCT 1969)

Laurette Alice Wolf, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wolf, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Dennis Robert Bauer, son of Mr. and Robert Bauer, Greenwood (Clark Co.), on Saturday, Oct. 18, 1969, at 1:00 p.m. The ceremony was performed by Father Norbert F. King in St. Anthony's Church.

St. Anthony's Church Choir and sister of the bride, Irene Gardner, sang "Ave Maria". Organist was Sister M. Joan of St. Anthony's.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. For her wedding she chose a floor length white empire style A-line gown with dotted sequins and lace. She had a bouffant train and bouffant veil. She carried a bouquet of red and white roses.

Delores Rakovec of Loyal was her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Roberta Bauer, Greenwood, and Miss Rachalle Wolf, Loyal. The attendants wore avocado empire Georgette chiffon trimmed with princes lace, floor length gowns. They carried bouquets of yellow roses.

Flower girl was Lori Bauer and ring bearer was Lon Gardner.

Arnold Wolf, Loyal, served as best man. Larry Wolf and Randy Haslow, both of Loyal, were groomsmen.

Ushers were Tom Weyer and Merlin Gardner.

A reception was held at Star Lodge Motel, Loyal, and supper was at St. Anthony's Church Basement. A dance was held at the Silver Dome.

The bride is a 1968 graduate of Loyal High School. She has been employed as a receptionist at Pathfinder Mobile Home, Spencer.

The groom is also a 1968 graduate of Loyal High School and is employed at Farmers Coop in Spencer.

The couple will make their home in Spencer.
