Brecker, Audrey Lee (1 NOV 1969)
Miss Audrey Lee Brecker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Brecker, Menlo Park,
Calif., exchanged vows with Mr. Ian Jenkins, son of Mr. Harold Jenkins, Durand,
South Africa, and Mrs. Gwyneth Jenkins, San Jose, Calif., on Nov. 1, 1969, at 7
p.m.
The bride wore a street length dress of French wool crepe and an illusion
shoulder length veil, which was held in place by a ring of lace and seed pearls.
She carried a bouquet of butterfly orchids, and the matron of honor held a
bouquet of fall gold and bronze colored flowers.
Mrs. Diana Hirzel, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. The best man
was Mr. Robert Sass of San Jose, Calif., a college friend.
A reception was held following the ceremony for family and friends at the home
of the bride's parents.
The bride is a graduate of Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill., and is a
dental hygienist.
The groom is a graduate of Arizona State University.
The couple is presently living in Oswego, N.Y., where the groom is employed for
General Electric as an Analyst Programmer.
The bride's grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Ernst W. Schulz of Colby and Mr. and
Mrs. Frank Brecker of Loyal.
