Rychlicki, Rose (15 SEP 1881 – 10 JAN 1970)
Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Christ the King Catholic Church,
Spencer, for Mrs. Rose Rychlicki, 88, who died last Saturday at Wausau.
The Rev. Father Bofenkamp officiated and burial was made in St. Joseph's
Cemetery, River Grove, Ill. Pallbearers were Albert Chamberlain, John Sautner,
Walter Kohnhorst, Charles Vanderhoof, Robert Bortocek and Jack Rizzi Jr.
Mrs. Rychlicki was born Sept. 15, 1881 in Germany. She was married June 7, 1905,
at Chicago, Ill., to John Rychlicki, who preceded her in death in 1932. The
couple lived in Chicago and in Milwaukee until the death of her husband, when
she came to Spencer. She lived her until eight years ago when she entered the
Sunnyvale Infirmary. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lawrence Martinson, Markell, Neb., two sons,
Louis Rychlicki, Chicago; August Rychlicki, Berwyn, Ill.; four grandchildren;
seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Agatha Kyle, Wausau; and Mrs.
Walter Kohnhorst, Spencer.
She was also preceded in death by a son and a daughter, and a brother and a
sister.
