Miss Kathleen Elizabeth Anderson of Colby and Paul Edward Kauffman of Sheldon
were married at 2 o'clock, Sunday, June 16, 1969, at the home of the bride's
parents. The groom's uncle, Rev. Andrew Kauffman, performed the service. Songs
at the beginning and end of the service were sung by the groom's four sisters.
Parents of the bridal couple are Mr. and Mrs. John E. Anderson of Colby and Mr.
and Mrs. Mark Kauffman of Sheldon.
Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Rosenlof of Union, Ill., brother-in-law and
sister of the bride.
The bride wore a street length suit of ivory brocade with a corsage of pink
roses and white carnations. The matron of honor wore a blue brocade with a
corsage of pink roses and white carnations.
The dinner for the immediate families was served at the Colby Hotel, followed by
a reception for friends and neighbors at the bride's home in the evening..
The bride has been employed as a spray painter at Rollohome Corp. in Marshfield,
and the groom is employed in road construction. They will make their home west
of Unity.
