Approximately 75 people were in attendance at the 30th annual reunion of the Ben
Pierce Merwin Sr. family, which was held Sunday at Cherokee park near Colby.
The gathering was called to order by vice president, Arvin Merwin. Mrs. A.J.
Hennlich gave the historian's report. New officers for next year were elected as
follows: Lem Loucks, president; Arvin Merwin, vice president; Wayne Remmel,
secretary, and Gilbert Merwin, treasurer.
The 1968 reunion will be held August 25th at Wausau.
