Hanson, Elizabeth Ann (Marriage - 1973)
A home at 310 Hill St., Hartland, has been chosen by Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Lee
Hagedorn, who exchanged vows at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Spring Valley,
during a nuptial Mass celebrated by the Rev. Edwin Klimaszewski. A dinner at the
church center followed the ceremony. The bride’s home was the setting for a
buffet supper which preceded an evening dance at Dan Spiel Haus in River Falls.
The former Elizabeth Ann Hanson, the new Mrs. Hagedorn, is the daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Lorne Hanson, Rt. 1, Baldwin. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hagedorn, Rt. 3,
Neillsville are the groom’s parents. The parents of the bride and groom escorted
them to the altar.
As her maid of honor, the bride chose her sister, Lorna, of West Lebanon, N.H.
Bridesmaids were the groom’s sister, Bonnie Thoma of Neillsville, another sister
of the bride, Jennifer Hanson of River Falls, and a cousin, Mary Hovde of St.
Paul, Mn.
The groom’s brother John, of Abilene, Tx., served as bestman. Ed Hanson, brother
of the bride, from Baldwin, Jerold Hagedorn, brother of the groom, and Louis
Hagedorn, Jr., of Grand Forks, N.D., were groomsmen. Serving as ushers were Dan
Hanson, brother of the bride and Rick Thoma, brother-in-law of the groom.
