Fremont (1 Aug 1918)
Luther Lindow and children and mother, Mrs. W. Lindow and Mrs. C.J. Bigelow were
in Granton Monday morning.
Otto Drescher and Luther Lindow were in Neillsville Monday afternoon.
A nice shower visited this section Monday night and Tuesday and Wednesday.
Dan Brooks is suffering with a broken leg, caused by a colt falling on him. He
was taken to the hospital at Marshfield Wednesday.
Clyde Angel of Vermont is visiting his uncle, Davis Angel, and family.
Mrs. Martha Drescher spent Wednesday afternoon with her sister, Mrs. Luther
Lindow.
Mrs. Gilmore has been spending a few days with Mrs. Clarence Wilcox.
Robert Buck arrived here Saturday from Camp Grant on a few days’ furlough. His
friend, Emil Summerfeld, of Neillsville visited here with him Sunday.
Mr. Lindow and wife and Luther Lindow and wife entertained relatives and friends
Sunday.
Clara Drescher of Neillsville visited in this vicinity Monday.
