A slight frost was noticed Tuesday morning.
Byron Rowe of Plymouth, John Rowe of Fond du Lac, George Rowe and family of
Marshfield, Glenn Rowe, wife and dAughter, Beverly, of Marinette, Will and Orin
Lawrence and their families of Minneapolis, Alvin Vande Berg and family of
Marshfield, were here last Wednesday to attend the funeral of William Rowe,
their father, brother, and uncle.
A boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Horace Vande Berg last week Tuesday.
Dan Timerson and family have returned from their trip south.
Jesse Rowe and wife made a trip to Loyal last Monday.
Jesse Mortimer and family visited with the Jerry Davis family at Marshfield last
Sunday.
Ed. Davis of Lake Mills and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Davis of Marshfield were here
Wednesday to attend the funeral of William Rowe.
Guenther Edena and Leonard Dorst were called by Uncle Sam to go to the front and
left with the crowd last Friday.
Vernon Rowe of McCleary, Wash., who was called here by his father’s death is
visiting around here and expects, with his mother, to go to Marinette one day
this week.
A.P. Fulwiler, wife and dAughter, Violet, V.E. Rowe and Mrs. Mary Redmond,
autoed to Granton Monday and called on Walter Graves, who has been quite
seriously sick for several weeks.
Mrs. Martin Ketchum and son, Douglas, returned to their new home at Oshkosh last
Friday.
