Telschow, Dawn (Marriage - 1973)
Aurora, Il., is the home of Mr. and Mrs. Verne Mortvedt, Jr., who were married
at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Town of Wien, Edgar, with the Rev. Mark Nicholaus
officiating. A reception, dinner and dance were held at Rib River ballroom,
Marathon.
The new Mrs. Mortvedt, the former Dawn Telschow, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Delmar Telschow, Edgar. Mr. and Mrs. Verne Mortvedt, Sr., Chili, are the groom’s
parents.
Escorted by her father, the bride appeared in a gown of white organza with
re-embroidered cut lace around the sheer yoke and chapel train. A headpiece of
lace and sequins held her full cathedral veil.
Miss Gail Hevcke of Milwaukee, maid of honor, and bridesmaids Delores Telschow
of Colby and Kathy Evans of Schofield, as well as flower girl Denise Telschow of
Edgar, were attired in gowns of white organza over light blue taffeta.
Eric Mortvedt, Spencer, served as bestman for his brother. Groomsmen were Dennis
Telschow of Colby, Jon Mortvedt of Chili, Kenneth Berger of Aurora, Il., Robert
Luetschwager of Wausau and Allen Strey of Chili.
