The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Rankl, route 1, Abbotsford, was baptized Gail Marie, Sunday morning at Peace United Church of Christ, Dorchester, with Rev. Hugh Evans officiating.

Mr. and Mrs. Earl Boss of Colby were the sponsors.

To celebrate the occasion, Mr. and Mrs. Rankl had as their guests, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Carlson of Dorchester, Anton Carlson of Medford, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Herrman and Douglas of Appleton, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rankl and Guy of Abbotsford, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Boss and Randy of Colby and the Rev. and Mrs. Hugh Evans and two children of Medford.
