Neillsville Locals (4 October 1973)

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Marg entertained their son, Marvin and his family and Mr. and Mrs. John Olsen of Loyal last Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Steve Kapicak of Northbrook, Il., spent the earlier part of last week fishing in northern Wisconsin and then spend from Thursday to Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Rand.

Albert Marg and Ruth Winters visited Monday evening with Mrs. Emma Bardeleben.

Sunday supper guests at the Richard Schleifer home were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Peters of Onalaska, and her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth peters and son, Scott, of Black River Falls. Mr. and Mrs. Schleifer and Christy spent Friday in Rochester, Mn, where Christy underwent a regular check-up. The received the welcome news that she will not have to return for two years for another check-up.

Mrs. Lillian Marg spent last Thursday with her daughter, Mrs. Roger Helm, at rural Granton.

Mr and Mrs. Almon Vandeberg returned home Saturday from approximately a two-week vacation Trip to the Black Hills and Badlands are of South Dakota. They visited various points of interest including the Mt. Rushmore Memorial, and noted that crops seemed in need of water in many parts of the state.
