Hazeldick, Harriet A. (Abrahamson) (19 NOV 1919 - 11 FEB 2015)

Harriet A. Hazeldick, age 95, of Abbotsford, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2015, at her home under the tender care of hospice.

Harriet was born on November 19, 1919, the daughter of Sigurd and Bertha (Glitz) Abrahamson in Waukesha County. She attended school in Waukesha County and moved to Milwaukee in 1940 where she was employed.

Harriet was united in marriage to Ray Hazeldick on May 25, 1946, in Wausau. He preceded her in death on January 1, 2008.

Harriet is survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray; her parents; two sisters, Karen and Bernice; and two brothers, Orville and Gordon.

Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, at First United Church of Christ in Colby. Pastor Teri Hanson presided. Interment was held in the Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Family and friends were welcomed from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at the church. The Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford assisted the family with the arrangements.
