Pleasant Ridge (11 October 1973)
The Pleasant Ridge Circle of the Neillsville united Methodist Church is to meet
this (Thursday) afternoon in Schuster Park, weather permitting.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Lezotte accompanied Mrs. Genevieve Lezotte and daughter, Agnes,
of Neenah to Prescott Friday where they visited the Ed Lezotte’s daughter and
son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roman Huppert. They returned home Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Dale Short, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gaier, Mr. and Mrs. Bitsy
Wasserberger and Mr and Mrs. Fred Jansen, as well as Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Hubing
of Granton, took part in a Flying Farmers color tour of Northern Wisconsin
during the weekend. The group spent Saturday night at the Northernaire at Three
Lakes.
The George Kuehn family planned to help his mother, Mrs. Ella Kuehn, celebrate
her 90th birthday October 9 at Memorial Home where she is a resident.
Mr. and Mrs. Darol Lewis drove to Eau Claire on business Thursday and stopped to
see his father, William Lewis, in Osseo on the way home.
Thursday visitors at the Vern G. Howard home were Mrs. Michael Durand and son,
Kevin, of Eau Claire and Leonard and Beverly Howard of Granton.
