Troyer, Daniel E. (25 AUG 1923 - 28 MAR 2015)

Daniel E. Troyer died at his residence, Thursday March 26, 2015.

Services will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2015, at the home of Eddy Stutzman, N942 Oak Drive, Town of Holway.

Officiating will be Bishop David Borntreger and interment will be at the Medford Area Amish Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jake Borntreger, Sam Schrock, Dennis Borntreger, Eli Otto.

Daniel was born August 25, 1923 in LaGrange, IN. He married Meriam (Herschberger), on October 22, 1944. She preceded him in death on February 14, 2008.

Surviving children are Elizabeth of Elk Mound, WI, Eli Jacob (Sadie) of Sheldon, WI, Cornelius (Kathy) of North Manchester, IN, Henry (Lovina) of Middlebury, IN, Moses (Katie) of Edgar, WI, Anna (Christ) Borntreger of Bonduel, WI, Susanna of Curtiss, WI, 26 grandchildren, 83 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. He is also survived by five brothers and six sisters.

Daniel was preceded in death by his loving wife Meriam, parents Eli Jacob and Anna (Christner) Troyer, 1 Granddaughter, 2 Great Grandsons, and 2 Sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Daniel may be made to Ministry Home Hospice, 303 West Upham Street, Marshfield, WI 54459.
