Dahlke, Brenda Jean (Wisnewski) (6 FEB 1957 - 22 MAR 2015)

Brenda Jean Dahlke, 58, Poniatowski, died March 22, 2015, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Mrs. Dahlke was born Feb. 6, 1957, the daughter of Donald and Jean (Rusch) Wisnewski. She graduated from Edgar High School in 1975.

On June 25, 1977, she married Dennis Stephen Dahlke at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski.

She worked at St. John Catholic School, Edgar, at the Edgar Clinic and at the Aspirus Cancer Center, Wausau.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis; son, Seth (Sandra) Dahlke, Mosinee; daughter, Erin (Brent) Speetzen, Stevens Point; her parents, Don and Jean Wisnewski; and a brother, Lyonel Wisnewski.

Mrs. Dahlke was preceded in death by a brother, Darrell Wisnewski.

A funeral Mass was held March 26 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski, with Rev. Robert Streveler presiding. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

Flowers and small gifts will be accepted, however, the family asks that large gifts or gifts of money be donated to either the ALS Association or another ALS organization.
