Sluzewski, Dorothy (24 JUL 1965)
The holy vows of matrimony were repeated by Dorothy Sluzewski and Thomas D.
Gehrke in a nuptial ceremony performed at 10 a.m., July 24, 1965. The couple
repeated the sacred vows after Father H.L. Crubel, who officiated at the
ceremony conducted at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Owen.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Sluzewski Sr., rural Owen
(Clark Co., Wis.), while the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Gehrke
of Minneapolis, Minn.
Mrs. David Cantwell, Okauchee, Wis., served her sister as matron of honor, while
bridesmaids were Carol Wagner, Owen and Mrs. John Habighorst of Columbus.
Attending Mr. Gehrke was David Cantwell as best man, and groomsmen, John Gehrke,
a brother, and John Habighorst.
