Lindgren, Vaner H. (19 MAY 1904 – 2 JAN 1966)
Vaner H. Lindgren, 61, was stricken with a heart attack that proved fatal to him
while at his home about 10 o’clock Sunday forenoon. He had been in poor health
the past several months.
Funeral services are scheduled for two o’clock this afternoon from the Hoeper
and Kraut Funeral Home. Rev. Darrel Bush, pastor of the Gospel Tabernacle, owen,
and missionary Dean Nielson will conduct the final rites, with burial to be made
at Riverside Cemetery.
Mr. Lindgren was born May 19, 1904 at Waukegan, Ill., and was married June 15,
1932 at Green Grove, to Anna Stabnow. He had been employed at the Carnation Milk
Company at Owen (Clark Co., Wis.) for many years, and then at the Western
Condensery until his illness in 1964.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by their four sons, Bernard, route 2,
Loyal; Ronald, Deerfield, Ill.; Jerry, route 1, Withee; and Richard, at home;
three daughters, Mrs. Tom (Gwen) Besnett, Minneapolis; Mrs. Donald (Karen) Lampi,
and Miss Carla Lindgren, Deerfield, Ill.; three brothers, Axel and Arvid, route
1, Owen; and Arthur, Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Violet) Johnson,
Chicago; and Mrs. Herb (Delores) Anderson, East Chicago, Ind.; and 16
grandchildren.
