Molle, Adolph A. (22 NOV 1892 – 5 FEB 1966)
Funeral services were conducted for Adolph A. Molle, 73, at two o’clock from the
Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home. Rev. R. Rasch of Colby was in charge of the
services and burial was made in the South Green Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers included Albert, Louis and Herman Hardrath, Albert, Ernest and
Herman Molle.
Mr. Molle passed away 5:45 p.m. Feb. 5, 1966 at St. Joseph’s Hospital at
Marshfield. Death was do to a heart condition.
Mr. Molle was born Nov. 22, 1892, in the town of Green Grove (Clark Co., Wis.),
and received his education there. His marriage to Lydia Persak, who preceded him
in death in 1944, took place April 26, 1916, at Owen.
Mr. Molle farmed in the town of Green Grove until 1946, and then was a motor
patrol officer there for 10 years.
He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in the town of Green Grove.
Survivors include two sons, Arnold, Spencer, and Alfred, route 1, Owen; two
daughters, Mrs. Reuben (Irene) Schuette, Burlington, and Mrs. Dewey (Vernetta)
Phillips, Chicago; four sisters, Mrs. Ole (Anna) Elstrom, Mrs. Ida Meyers, and
Mrs. Charles (Hilda) Witt, Colby, and Mrs. Frieda Hendrickson, Spencer; a
brother, Henry Moller, Unity; 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
