Chili (26 Sep 1918)
The funeral of Jason Phillips was held Sunday at the M.W.A. Hall, Wilson Mallory
officiating.
Miss Mary Henning of Marshfield is visiting relatives in Chili.
Mrs. F.L. Waterman was called to Hancock Tuesday by the serious illness of her
mother.
Mrs. Mae Sherman of Canada is here visiting relatives and friends.
Mrs. Wm. Crego is entertaining a sister and her family from New Mexico.
Mrs. Tom Gibson visited friends in Spencer Wednesday and Thursday.
Mr. and Mrs. H. Kenhart of Lindsey were Chili callers Sunday.
Members of the Red Cross will meet every Thursday afternoon at the H. Koser
residence, where they have their work room. Everybody is invited to attend the
meetings.
