Koffarnus, Clarence (16 MAY 1911 – 18 MAR 1966)
Services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Wilkoski Funeral Home in
Milwaukee for Clarence Koffarnus, 54, Milwaukee, a former Curtiss (Clark Co.,
Wis.) resident, who died Friday in Milwaukee. Burial was made in the Highland
Memorial Park in Milwaukee.
Mr. Koffarnus was born May 16, 1911, at Curtiss, and had lived here for many
years before moving to Colby, and then to Milwaukee. He was married to the
former Mildred Empey, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Norman Denzin, Cudahy; two sisters, Mrs. Mae Karsten,
Marshfield; and Mrs. Hazel Nelson, Greendale; and seven brothers, Oscar,
Dorchester; Arthur, Inkster, Mich.; George, Colby; William and Huber, Curtiss;
Herman, Greendale; and Lawrence, Wausau.
Two brothers preceded him in death.
