On Wednesday night, March 30, 1966, Rt. Rev. William W. Horstick, Bishop of Eau
Claire, made his visitation to St. Katherine's Episcopal Church, Owen (Clark
Co., Wis.), to administer the Apostolic rite of confirmation. Those being
confirmed were Allen L. Dunow, Harold G. Klimpke, Joanne R. Litle, Scot Marrier,
Duane Phillips, Robert Prock, Rodney Ridpath, and Galen Scharer Jr. Accompanying
the Bishop were Mrs. Horstick and Bishop's Chaplain, Canon J.W.T. Wiese.
Following the confirmation service refreshments were served in the dining hall
of the church.
