Vornholt, Mark (Junior Kiwanian - 1973)
Mark Vornholt was installed as November Junior Kiwanian at the Monday evening
meeting of the Neillsville Kiwanis club. Mark ranks scholastically in the upper
20 percent of the senior class at Neillsville High School, where he has been
active in many organizations, particularly the FFA and JDA. He serves presently
as business manager of “The Warrior” and has been manager of the baseball,
basketball and football teams. A four-year member of the parliamentary procedure
team, he holds the office of senior class vice president and is stage manager
for the class play.
Kiwanian Jerry Opelt conducted the installation ceremony.
The club voted to donate $50 to the Neillsville Camp Fire Girls to assist them
with their awards program. The Kiwanis Club sponsors the Neillsville Boy Scouts
and Cubs on a regular sustaining basis.
