First Sergeant Glenn R. Dempsey of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), completed a finance
operations course at the Army Finance school here April 28.
During the non-commissioned officer course, Dempsey was trained in accounting
and administrative procedures in army finance offices. He also received
instruction in the use of finance records and learned the army filing system.
Sergeant Dempsey entered the army in 1942.
The sergeant attended Colorado State University, Ft. Collins, and Butler
University, Indianapolis, Ind.
