Dr. Jerome D. Melbinger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Celand Melbinger, city (Owen, Clark
Co., Wis.), was a member of the 1966 record breaking class of 1,471 candidates
for degrees from Marquette University. Dr. Melbinger received the Doctor of
Dental Surgery degree from Marquette's School of Dentistry on June 5th.
He is a member of Psi Omega professional dental fraternity and has now entered
active duty as a captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps. He will leave July 18 of
this year for the Brooke Medical Center at Ft. Sam Houston, Tex., where he will
undergo five weeks of orientation prior to leaving for Alaska for two years of
service.
