Among the 80 students receiving diplomas and certificates on June 3, 1966 at
Rice Lake School of Vocational, Technical and Adult Education was Dennis W.
Olson. Of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.).
Mr. Wilson who majored in Cabinet Making and Carpentry, was presented by
director James Covey to the Vocational Board president, Lyle Webster, who
presented the graduates with their diplomas.
John Meggers, Dean of the Stout State University, Barron County branch campus,
presented the graduation address and challenged the graduates to continue their
education in the future.
He is the son of Mrs. Bill Wilson and a 1964 graduate of Owen-Withee school
system.
