At St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Abbotsford, June 18, 1966, Miss Wendy Marie
Wojner became the bride of Paul Henry Kramas of Curtiss. Rev. Raymond Schulz
performed the three o'clock ceremony. Decorating the church were white
carnations and assorted seasonal flowers. Mrs. Dan Decker rendered the music on
the organ.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Valentine Wojner Sr. of Abbotsford,
and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul A. Kramas of Curtiss (Clark Co.,
Wis.).
The bride was attired in a white floor length bridal gown made with scalloped
Sabrina jewel trimmed neckline on a fitted bodice of Chantilly lace. The full
skirt of nylon sheer was designed with a panel of lace down the front and a wide
lace edging at the hemline. The back fell into a chapel sweep. She carried pink
and white roses, with stephanotis and ribbons.
Attending the bride as maid of honor was Miss Jo Ann Kramas of Curtiss, with the
bridesmaid, Miss Roberta Marie Pecora of Chicago. They were attired in mint
colored ensembles empire fashioned of soft georgette over acetate taffeta mint
jackets of nylon lace. Lilac carnations surrounded by white and mint green
carnations were their bouquets.
Attending the groom as best man was Larry Jeske of Curtiss, and groomsman was
Roger Wojner of Abbotsford.
Ushers were David Kramas of Stanley, and Jerry Wojner of Abbotsford.
A reception was held at the home of the bride immediately following the ceremony
in Abbotsford. A supper was served later at the Colby Hotel at Colby, and a
dance that evening was held at the Cherokee Park Hall.
The bride is a 1966 graduate of the Abbotsford High School. The groom graduated
from the Abbotsford High School in 1964, and since has been employed in
Milwaukee as a sheet metal apprentice.
The newlyweds will make their home in Milwaukee.
Guests and relatives attending the wedding came from Chicago, Lombard and
Bensonville, Ill.; Rochester, Minn.; Milwaukee, West Allis, Thorp, Abbotsford,
Dorchester, Menomonee Falls, Oak Creek, Cadott, New Berlin, Colby, Withee and
Curtiss.
