Beauchesne, Maren R. (9 August 1972 - 7 June 2015)
Maren R. Beauchesne, 42, formerly of Boston, MA, died unexpectedly Sunday, June
7, 2015. Maren was born Aug. 9, 1972, in Chicago, IL, daughter of Gisela H. (Stammel)
and the late Bohdan L. Halushka. She graduated from Neillsville High School and
from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree. After
college she worked for the New York Knicks organization for many years.
Following that, she enjoyed a career as a wardrobe stylist in the film and
commercial industry. Maren’s life was centered round her husband and two young
boys and was deeply devoted to her family. She spent much time at the ocean,
where she found peace and tranquility and enjoyed yoga’s discipline of knowledge
and devotion.
She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, P. Jonathan Beauchesne; two
adoring sons, Parker L. and Hudson T. Beauchesne; mother, Gisela M. Healey and
her husband, Richard of Hot Springs Village, AR; father-and mother-in-law, Paul
and Joyce Beauchesne of Methuen, MA; two brothers, Stefan Halushka and his wife
Regina, of Fort Walton Beach, FL, and John Halushka and his wife Kendra of Bend,
OR; sister, Xenia Zach and her husband, Denni, of Poughkeepsie, NY;
sister-in-law, Danielle Nielsen and her husband, Willia, of Watertown, MA; and
nephews and nieces, Garret Zach, Kyra Zach, Norah Nielsen and Ava Halushka.
A Funeral Mass and celebration of her life took place at noon Friday, June 12,
2015, at St. Christopher’s Church, 4 Barrell Lane, York, ME. A period of
visitation was held from 10 a.m. to 22:30 a.m. prior to the Mass in the Lucas &
Eaton Funeral Home, 91 Long Sands Rd., York, ME.
