Simmons, Roger E. (Expected Home Soon– Oct 1918)
Oshkosh – Roger E. Simmons of this city, who escaped from Russia after having
been condemned to death, is expected home about Oct. 1 by Mrs. Simmons, who
received word from him to that effect in a letter written June 12, which only
recently reached its destination.
