Krueger, Frank (Bound Over for Trial – 11 Oct 1918)
On Friday and Saturday of last week a preliminary hearing of Frank Krueger and
his mother was held before Court Commissioner Kountz at Owen and the two
defendants to the charge of murder were bound over to circuit court without bail
and are now awaiting their trial and are now awaiting their trial at the fall
term of court. A vast amount of being held at Owen was based on testimony that
was taken, the hearing being held at Owen to the fact that all the witnesses
were from that neighborhood.
