Chili (31 Oct 1918)

Mrs. Dan Cattanach is on the sick list.

Jay Waterman, having been called into U.S. service, left for Mississippi Wednesday with sixty other select men from Clark County. Mrs. F.L. Waterman, Mrs. Tom Gibson, and Mrs. Clark Waterman went as far as Neillsville to see him off.

Mrs. Coffin and children, who have been visiting in Eau Claire, came home Sunday.

Miss Mary Cresopp of Lindsey, who is clerking in L.A. Reichert’s store was taken sick Tuesday and went home.

Mr. and Mrs. Tom Gibson and O.C. Smith went to Spencer Sunday.

Miss Edith Kampine left for Arizona Wednesday on account of her health.

Mr. and Mrs. Glen Snow are entertaining company from away.
